El Hazard is on the cover for July.El Hazard was introduced to me through AMVs. Still to this day, there is not a convention Anime Music Video contest that doesn't have a scene of El Hazard. The primary scene is when Jinnai has the mic and talks directly to the camera screen - lots of editors use that scene.
