The Wings of Honneamise is the cover for May’s Animerica Magazine. My current memory of this movie was Bandai Visual’s temporary push into the North American market.

This Manga ad is typical of future Manga ads. Lots of fonts, EXPLOSIONS!, long copy, and Manga Man speaking words.
Also, I wanted to scan this months edition of Animessages to show people that fan complaints 17 years ago are the same as today.

Speaking of convention travel – check out the 1995 convention calendar. That was the date for the first Anime Weekend Atlanta and the second Otakon.
Last are two ADV or AD Vision titles – Dragon Half and Curse of the Undead Yoma. Notice their logo in both ads. One has the text “AD Vision” and the other leaves it off.
